DHI is a term commonly used for an implantation approach involving an implanter device. It describes the placement stage, while FUE describes a method of obtaining donor grafts. They are not simply two competing operations.
Look beyond the name
Ask how the donor follicles will be collected, how the recipient sites will be created and who is responsible for each surgical step. Different tools can be used in a hair transplant, but the name of a device does not establish whether a plan is suitable for you.
